Comes in original case with $50 tag, user's manual & Macy's gift receipt. Large 43mm case. Stainless steel back, Japan movement, China made. 23mm wide band. When the plastic fork is removed from the knob, the lever snaps into place, keeping it secure. Currently not running, needs new battery. Case has NFL hologram sticker on lid. Material on the back & bottom of the case is peeling - see last pic.
