New Free People Gauzy Black Halter Top

I ordered this off FP's site this past Summer, tried it on, sorta liked it, forgot about it and by the time I decided it wasn't going to work for me, it was past the return date. I have a really small bust (31-32" A cup, some stores I have to size even further down to the AA cup size; usually wear XS/XXS + 0/00 size shirts), so this might work better on someone with a fuller bust? It has a tie halter neck plus a wrap around tie waist belt for giving some additional adjustment and accentuation.
