New Forever 21 Size 26 Navy Dress Pants

New with tags beautiful navy dress pants. So sad I never wore these pictures don’t do them justice. Has a cute ruffle on top. Got these a few years back they are “XXI Boutique.” The mannequin wearing it is probably around 6 ft and a size 4-I’m not sure I got her when The Limited was going out of business.
