rienna2 Thank you for the clarification. I was about to fill out their form that all Posh N List, Sips, etc. that I attended prior to their discontinuation said we should relist stale listings after 60 to 90 days. Also, if someone adds an unnecessary or ridiculous comment to a post, we need to relist it to remove that comment. I think Poshmark could focus on other issues of the platform but obviously I don't see everything that they do. 😊

brucecreek @peatandrepeat I’m getting a little disgusted about Posh trying to control my Closet. They put emphasis on how much we list daily so I try to list more. They drop our listing that get too old so I try to relist old listings. Why don’t they just say “No Bots or Virtual Assistants”. They use the search algorithm as a threat to control what I do. I honestly feel like i’m back on ****.

vixen676 @rienna2 Hi PFF, just passing along a helpful tip... when someone adds a ridiculous comment on your listing, you can remove the item, instead of having to delete/relist the entire listing. At the end of a comment, too the right of the word REPLY, there is a faint gray flag. Flag/ report the comment, and it will be removed 🤗

brucecreek @delmarvadesigns I used to get the scammers a lot but when I started flagging the post to Posh, it stopped. I haven’t had one in a long time, even with my new listings. I don’t know how scammers pic their targets but it seems maybe that once Posh gets notified about them, Posh must do something that works to get rid of them.

kreativekristen I kinda thought posh would come back with more comments , however if they had started with ‘ this is being done to limit overusing bots ‘ they may have gotten less negative reactions , there is a rule in retail, ‘ 1 dissatisfied customer tells 9 others’ those who have been around a long time know to do the wait and see mode. ;)

When people relist, they should be deleting the old listing, so it is a brand new listing, and doesn't apply to this policy

teesrn_plus @brucecreek The policy is and always has been “no bots or virtual assistants” but some think they don’t need to follow policy. I think the listing streaks data over the last 17 weeks has shown what has been happening and can now pinpoint the abusers using bots. It will be better for us all.

kreativekristen @peatandrepeat that’s what I do, but I delete and relist by season, you’d be amazed how many of the Re listed sell, sometimes it’s just has to be the refreshed pics and season, this is also something posh has no way of evaluating, it’s the blanket statements that always get the most negative reaction .

peatandrepeat @moderninsanity Then you are fine, you are doing a copy/relist. A true delist/relist is an option on a bot where you select let's say 500 listings in your closet, click a button, and they are all removed from Poshmark, and then the exact same listings are all brought back to life immediately.
