Oregon State Beavers cap signed looks like Sammie Stroughter but not 100% sure. In excellent condition. Stroughter played #19 and #18 for the Beavers as the wide receiver. He went on to play for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Size medium/large with the 9Fifty Snapback and holographic stickers under the bill. No visible signs of wear.
