New English Factory Dress-navy- size small

Beautiful cocktail dress in navy. Polyester fabric, off the shoulder with a slip underneath. More of a flowy style and loose fit on stomach area. Bow in the front of the dress. Never been worn and has tags. Great for the holidays or functions.
