New Embellished Hi-Lo Chiffon Coral Cocktail Dress

Gorgeous brand new cocktail dress from Windsor. This hi-Lo dress is stunning for any special occasion, the color is called "neon coral" and is absolutely show-stopping. Features flowy chiffon skirt, rhinestone embellished empire waist, and tie back. A few of the rhinestones are beginning to come loose but none have fallen off and it would be a super simple and quick touch up. I LOVE this dress and am so sad to see it go!
