New Elegance Miss Multicolored Tropical Dress

This is a new, fresh off the rack ,multi-color dress from Elegance Miss Paris. The dress has a base color of blue and the designs are multicolored tropical flowers front to back. It bunches up in the middle to separate the chest and lower body. The sleeves just lie below the elbow and the material of the dress is 92% Polyester and 8% Elasthanne. Meaning that it is super stretchy and can hug your curves!
