musicalfiction @cloverclothingc Hi I ordered a pair of these in a bundle and I didn't receive them, I received two other pairs of earrings instead. They look fantastic, but can you tell me why I didn't receive this pair that I originally ordered? Thank you!

musicalfiction @cloverclothingc Understandable! It was just a mistake. Is it okay to send back one pair in exchange for the pair I ordered if they're in stock? One of the earrings that were included are great, but I didn't see them in your store at the time, so I would like to keep them, but the other pair I didn't order I would like to send back for the ones I did. How does this sound?

musicalfiction @cloverclothingc Dang! Okay, no problem. If you're willing, instead of refunding me for the pair I didn't get, how about sending a pair of the New C Earrings - the silver ones with the rhinestone Cs and the Cs in the middle? And I can still send back the one pair I didn't want if you like. Or if you want want me to return both pair of earrings I didn't order returned, let me know. Thank you so much for your help!

musicalfiction @cloverclothingc I'm sorry this has been a mess. I'm not sure why Posh stopped responding. I refused their offered credit in hopes they would generate a label, but it just generated a return label instead. I'm trying to reopen the case so we can resolve this.

musicalfiction @cloverclothingc I commented on the case and contacted support, so we'll see what they say. I'm not sure how replacement labels work or if sellers have to pay themselves to ship at this point. Hoping to hear from them soon.
