New Dress with Tags

I ordered this dress from Amazon and forgot to send it back in time. This has only been worn long enough to try on. It is wrinkled from being stored in the Amazon bag. While this is a 4X I would say it fits more like a 2X-3X because the fabric has no give to it at all. It does come with a sash to tie around waist. Any questions, please feel free to comment below.
