New Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @buynhelpanimals. I love it and It is very cute; it just too small. It says xsmall on the tag and size 6 on the price tag, but it's a size 2. According to Target, a size 2 women's clothing has a flat waist measurement of 16 inches, which this dress has. It is 31" long making it a mini dress. Questions? Leave a comment below!
