Maxi skirt transparent except for the mini skirt underneath. -The full skirt is 37 inches long (The skirt beneath is 18 1/2 inches long) -29ish inch waist (laying flat) The waist is elastic and stretchy Slits at the bottom of either side. No idea for the size (I have a terrible habit of cutting tags out 1st thing because I hate the way they feel) my GUESS is about size 2. It's small. Make sure to look at the measurements if you're unsure. New! Never worn! Perfect condition.
