kelleyvecchitto Hi have you contacted the post office cause I’m looking at it does say insufficient address but it doesn’t sell them as being returned yet so maybe the post office still has them

kelleyvecchitto You might also want to send a note to Poshmark to see if there’s anything they can do but I really think you need to get a hold of the post office because they’re the ones that have them right now and there’s really nothing I can do on my end

kelleyvecchitto I went into the post office and it looks like they did return I’m on the 20th. So you’ll need to update your address and I will have to do a new transaction so I can send them out with a new label

kelleyvecchitto I just got home a little bit ago and I checked but I don’t have the boots yet I’m gonna guess it’ll take about four days they left on the 20th from Tennessee to Connecticut so as soon as I get them back just make sure your address is updated for the post office to accept it on Poshmark and then we can do a new transaction and I can get them out to you as soon as possible. Let me know if that works for you

noellewood15 hey Kelley, we've got a problem. any way you can have poshmark send me a label directly? for some reason the label you emailed me only prints out as a huge paper size, not the normal size. I tried changing the size and it won't let me

It might be because I set up for my computer and I have a laser printer for Poshmark labels maybe if I send it from my phone or I did the opposite I’ll take a look as soon as I get home
