jandanie @tystillbadd you don't sound ignorant at all. If you typically wear an 11 you would probably be looking for a 42 which is a 12 in this shoe. Louboutins are cut smaller, so it is suggested to go up 1 size. I wear a size 10, which is a 40 but I either buy a 41 or 41.5 in this shoes and it fits snug and comfy. Hope that helps. 😊
