New with tags Charter Club Pink Peony Sugar Crush Jean Straight Leg Pants Button Fly Women's Size 6 These were a gift to me but they were not my correct size. As shown, the inside tags both say size 6. I tried them on, and I would say that's the accurate size. I am a size 4 and they were a bit big on my waist and thighs but fit my bum. I'm pear shaped. But as pictured, you will see the barcode tag says size 8..I believe that was incorrectly placed on the pants.
