jaymesherfield @lynntebo86 it was easy. They were easy to work with! They had just sent the wrong style. So when I recurved the item instead of accepting it I started a claim (whatever they call it) poshmark approves it and seller also did. Poshmark sent prepaid shipping. I shipped wrong item back and reordered the correct ones. I was refunded in about 3 days. Super sweet company. They were great about it. They were an Christmas gift and she loves them. Says they are so comfy!
