mydesigner2020 @staceybyford the three parts separate. The middle one has the strap. The two side ones can be snapped together to be used as a clutch. I will post photos to show this.

mydesigner2020 @staceybyford the strap is attached to the middle pouch and can not removed from that. It is possible to us as a clutch with two pouches. Hope this helps.
