goldenoaktime @cfteach93 yes they do. They are snug because of regulations on sleepwear but they do not run small.

goldenoaktime @erinhennigan my thought would be that these are not oversized pajamas. They are made to be tighter fitting per US regulations. They also have soft elastic at the ankles and the wrists so it would not hang over his arms or be long and him trip over the length. I would think a 10 would work just fine. Since they are made to be a more fitted style it means they run smaller than clothing of that same size.
