New Black and White Spaghetti Strap Dress - 4P

New black and white spaghetti strap dress with tag. Brand is Alex Evenings. Please note: When hanging, it appears that there may be white ruffles but please note that the fabric lays flat against the skin. There is a very slight red mark on the white fabric under the arm. Please see the picture it is very light and not very noticeable.
