This is for a pair of thigh high boots. New without tags Size 6.5 US Women's The back heel is 1.25" high. The back elastic garment is 17.5" high and the anterior faux suede portion is 1.25" higher than the back. There is no zipper but the back elastic is expandable. Unstretched the width is 6.5".
