New Black Chiffon Gold Floral Embroidered Dress Short Sleeve Size 3 (Fit Med)

This dress is so pretty and features beautiful gold floral embroidery on a smooth black chiffon fabric. Puffy sleeves with button detail, lace collar and hem and a comfortable drape and fit. So versatile, can be worn with heels or flats for an elegant look or switch it up with combat boots. Size is 3 but the dress fits more like a Medium. I tried on (I'm a medium) and it fit beautifully with a flowy feel and fell at the knee. New without tags. Size tag 3 fits as medium see measurements.
