New Bisou Bisou floral print & black dress

This dress is new with tags from Bisou Bisou. It has a beautiful embroidered sheer floral print at the top and a solid black bottom with a left centered split. The dress is size 14, and has some stretch in the bottom portion. Zipper up the back. See photos for approximate measurements.
