catknip @therareflower EU42 is as large as I have. Birks run large so they might fit but I advise you go to Nordstrom to find out your EU size. Sorry.

catknip @ehelmer a regular fit is a c/d width due to these being unisex shoes. All are c/d widths and all are regular fit (they are the same thing in the Birkenstock world). These are all non filled footprints if that helps. I do not have these in the filled footprint if that is what you are looking for.

catknip @bhartnyc Poshmark doesn't have a place to list unisex.Many birks are unisex, to see if they are unisex look at the sizing on the footbed (if there is no L size then they are only for men).See the size 41 say L10 M8 meaning ladies 10 and men size 8 and length of 265mm.Almost every birk I have seen has both sizes except some size 43's and up which only give the men's sizes.If you don't understand Birkenstock sizing perhaps you should go to a store and try some on.
