does the bottom waste line have a pull strap to tighten/ loosen??.. do the length of arms fall stubby or lanky ?? mind sharing ur personal opinion on new balance , good , better or best ??

@gboul603 sleeve length is average. Not super long, not short and “stubby”. I do believe it has a cinch feature along the bottom, but I will verify later today. I liked this jacket a lot for the short time I was able to wear it. Unfortunately, it no longer zips over my chest (I had surgery) which is the only reason I’m letting it go.
