A. You loved them so much that you gave us a 1-star review because they didn't fit you (as if we made them ourselves). That was after messaging us asking when they would ship (impatiently, as it was Monday morning), then quickly escalating the conversation to posh support because we didn't respond immediately. We normally respond quickly, but it was the morning, and we were still sleeping, have lives, and have plenty of sales with good reviews. In other words, there was no need to escalate that.

B. Now you're reposhing them after we sold them to you for $99, within a few days of receiving them, and you're asking $150 (they are not worth that much, $125 tops). We would have taken them back and refunded you (as we are kind sellers who care a lot about our customers, sales, and reviews), but instead of reaching out to us (and having some patience) you gave us an undeserved 1-star review and are now passing them off to someone else for a good bit more. How lovely.
