New Anthropologie Eva Franco Vallea flounced maxi dress. The material is a little crinkly and wrinkly. I have two of these and they are the same way. The dress will need to be pressed. The size medium petite has a tag attached and the size XSP is new WITHOUT tags. I took close up photos. Label marked as shown.
