Measurement laying flat without stretch in inches: Waist: 14 Rise: 7 Inseam: 3.5 Length: 12 Leg width: 10 ***Please note: These are very nice shorts, but they DO NOT stretch. I usually wear a 2 in AE stretchy jeans, but they're too small for me.***
