ausvirbra @halialoha2000 Again, the measurements are listed in the pics, the waist on this dress is about 14-15". There is no "waistband" on this dress, and does have stretch, but not as much as the top which has more stretch. I'm not sure how to answer "how much", if it's that close for you, I probably wouldn't purchase. As for the other dress you're asking about, as well as other A/O in this style (which I have and have had quite a few), if there is a small waistband, that part has very little stretch.
