Dress is brand new. Has a gorgeous design with fabric and mesh openings. Top part of back is completely see-through with mesh. Bottom 3 inches of dress is also mesh see-through. Is a slip on dress, no zipper. Laying flat measurements approx... armpit to armpit 14", Natural waist 11.5", top to bottom including mesh fabric 35". Fabric does stretch a little.
