New ASOS Paprika Floral Bustier Dress

This Paprika strapless floral dress from ASOS sold out pretty quickly and I was convinced I needed to have it. Fast-forward a couple years and the tags are still on - it's never been worn. It's too tight across the bust. Comes with removable straps. Dress is a size UK 12 which is equal to a size 8 in the US. Bust measures 16" across and waist measures 15" across.
