jamieleighton @kmday hello! I’ve had both types of extensions in my hair and liked them both. have really thin hair and the mirco links didn’t damage my hair at all. And my hair moves more freely. They also were really fast to readjust when they grew out. The tape in gave my hair more fullness at the top and they blended really well. Because my hair was so thin, the tape ins were hard on my hair and I had a lot more hair loss.
