Neverfull mm All Vachetta leather and pocket was replaced . Only issue is interior bottom has light stains. I washed and scrubbed it before sending but stains only got lighter. It can be hidden with an insert organizer.

dtaffanelli Had that bag that I had to get cleaned inside they charged $400 in LV and not 100 percent removed. Stains are tough I can offer $900 today
