stekely @cdmorse8484 Hi! It doesn't have a brand as I bought it off of Etsy. It also doesn't have tags for that reason, but it is brand new and never worn. In terms of size, I'm not exactly sure what it would be considered as I was able to pick the waist and length at whatever inches I wanted, rather than a set size. I usually wear size 6 or 8, so I would say this would fit in that range. 😀
