Never worn new with tags cropped tank

Purchased at urban outfitters. New with tags attached - never worn, perfect condition! Cropped navy/white striped tank with buttons and raw bottom hem. Razed back style. Form fitting but not tight feeling. So cute with high waisted pants/shorts!
