Never worn Roy Orbison Mystery Girl band tee men’s small (runs small)

My husband really wanted a Roy Orbison shirt and somehow the company we ordered from sent a men’s small that seems to run awfully small. It’s 16” from pit to pit. It’s never been worn, since we knew it was not going to fit; it just did not come with tags. Would love for this to find the right home and to recoup some of the money paid for it (despite the size it was not cheap!).
