Never worn Lulus off the shoulder summer dress

Beautiful ruffle layered summer dress, fitted at waist. Color/detail is most accurate in the last photo with square “try on first” tag. It is dark navy with pink florals (not black). Sleeves can be worn on or off shoulder. Small bows on sleeves.
