Never worn Jeffrey Campbell Brialy Patent Leather knee high Boots

New condition just tried on but are too small for me. They are size 7 but could also fit 6 1/2. My calves were also too thin so it’s baggy on me. I was under the impression they would be more fitted. Would fit better on someone with calves that measure 14 1/2in. Length wise they fit fine for my height I’m 5’3”.
