Never worn Forever 21 crop top

Selling this Forever 21 crop Top. Received as a gift so I am unaware of the original price. It has adjustable straps and looks stylish with high waisted shorts or a high skirt. It has silk like material making it perfect for summer/spring. Fits a size Small and medium. I am willing to negotiate on the price!
