Never worn Express dress for sale!

This is a very pretty animal print dress in a blue and crème color. It’s hard to tell from the pictures but it’s a high/low hem, featuringg a pretty ruffle on the side that flows down the dress. The back is elastic around the waist area and a puff sleeve with a v neckline. This dress is so flattering on and is perfect for a night out with friends or date night! Never worn with tags and in perfect condition!
