Hi, can you provide size info at the waist? I know it is a bit hard bc of the cut. My daughter is 5’1, 105 and has a 25 inch waist (although many of her dresses measure 26.) She is looking for something to wear over strapless/sleeveless dresses for her gap year job in a creative/artsy industry. She’ll prob wear it open so I don’t want to buy and have it look too big.
