Nylon with some leather. The tag came off in my closet but the plastic piece that held the tag is still there. Interior is clean, exterior i don't see any scuffs or marks. Dimensions are approx 11 inches width at the top, 12 inches width through the bottom and middle, 10.5 inches tall (interior) and 5.5 inches wide
