Never Worn Fully Sequined Leggings. Only $10!

Black sequined leggings by Costa Blanca. I never got to wear them, but the tags were removed. These leggings are 32" in length, so not a full-length legging. They come a little below the calf. They are stretchy. The waist is elastic. Not stretched out they are approx. 27" around; stretched out, they are 36" around. I am unable to read the writing on the size label. However, with a 27" waist, they are a small. With its stretching capability, it could fit as a size medium.
