Never Worn Floral Dress

Never worn, absolutely perfect condition! Women’s size 4, definitely fits like a small. Dress is tight around the top and waste, then flares out a bit at the bottom. Only tried on, just doesn’t fit my body! Divided brand by H&M. Open to offers!
