I recommend ziip gel since it stays wet. Neurotris also sells a gel but it doesn’t stay wet Only need water for gloves. Need a sheet mask without oil to use alligator clips and it’s best to pair with silicone mask on top Doll is not includdd * ideal use of frequency is every 72 hours per jane mann. i also recommend the jane mann anma tool

pizza_fridayss as it says in the email it's the newest version! there is an AAA battery in the pico toner and you'd replace it when it runs out. listing includes all the possible accessories you can use with it all you need to use pico toner is WATER if you're using the gloves. gloves are not new, gently used, and they work fine. neurotris sells 5 gloves for $100! discount activates when you add to the cart

pizza_fridayss if you want to use the alligator clips you need to buy a sheet mask that does not contain oil. you have to read the ingredient list. if you want to use the anma lift or infinity probes, u have to use a microcurrent GEL which you can order from neurotris which is always require 20$ shipping fee or you use another conducting gel like the one by ZIIP. gel from ziip works fine because the pico toner detects the skin impedence and adjusts accordingly. it has a brilliant algorithm.

pizza_fridayss Infinity probes - black above red when you do p1 = lifting. current is more concentrated compared to gloves/anma lift so you may have to use a lower setting. black/red doesn't matter for p2 Alligator clips - use with sheet masks that don't contain oil. black over red. clip black in forehead area, red in chin area. use p1 or p2 set at around 40-50. generally you won't feel anything with p2 + sheet mask but you will for p1 + sheet mask

pizza_fridayss Gloves - black above red when you do p1 = lifting. red/black thing doesn't matter for p2. Anma lift - black over red thing doesn't matter because the spacing is ideal between the fingers. plastic gloves inserts -wear under the black gloves so all the current goes to your face. don't wear the plastic gloves if you want to treat face and hands at the same time but you have to turn the pico toner up higher

pizza_fridayss Wristband with Velcro - stick the pico toner on it and wear the wrist band on arm for convenience. do not get pico toner wet etc bc it will break and you're out of money! all this info is in the youtube vids by alohajen and pico toner.

pizza_fridayss p1 and p2 program each run for 30 minutes. p2 is for skin/fascia/connective tissue. p1 is for lifting. the 30 minutes consist of 2 alternating programs. each program runs for 10 minutes so first 10 minutes is program one, next 10 minutes is program two, then last 10 minutes is program one again.
