Cute dress from Nerlerolian is marine blue slightly textured fabric with lots of fun details. Layered look. Spaghetti straps. Elasticized waist with bangle ties. Rounded hem; longer in back with slits at sides. There are 2 small dots that aren’t noticeable because they fall into folds of fabric; and can probably be laundered out fairly easily - see pics. In otherwise good condition.
