Neoprene Bathing Suit in Orange EXTRA Bottom Black

You are purchasing a Neoprene Bathing Suit in Orange with an EXTRA Bottom in Black. This says XL size but the bottoms fit like a large and the top fits like a small/medium. This has never been worn, I took it out of the original package and knew the top wouldn't fit (DD cup size). This is new and has been in the original package since it was purchased.
