Neon yellow dress with fun hem

Highlighter neon yellow dress with rounded laser cut hemlines. Hits at about knee length (~35.5 shoulder to hem length) Used condition. I think there may be some extremely faint discoloration (see last pic), and the hook/eye at the back neck will need to be replaced at some pt (it works but it’s a little bend).
