Neon witch Halloween dress

Bright orange nylon underneath with see thru sparkly black covering in skirt. Sequined bodice. It is a neon orange - pics just wouldn’t show it well. Cuff boa is matted?? (And this picture shows the orange color best!!) I would cut off and either leave off, or glue (sew) on new. Orange material stitching at neck looks like one or two stitches gone. Cool dress. Wore it twice. Size 4-6.
