Neon floral print dress!

Only worn once, this dress is super cute with a cool neon floral print. It’s a straight shell and comes with a ribbon to belt it (some folds in the ribbon have made lines in it over the years) held on by thread loops of either side. The straps are made of the same ribbon. Fabric is super soft and silky feeling (made of polyester).
