Neon Yellow Scuba Skater Skirt

This cute neon yellow scuba skirt is super flattering. It has a wide waistband with exposed zipper down the back. It has a raw hem on the bottom. There is some faint staining on the skit that you can barely see, especially when on. Skit has a ton of volume and body. Some staining on the inside of the waistband as well. Was purchased at top in London.
